Our primary focus is on the stakeholder groups that have the greatest influence on our value creation process and are greatly impacted by our operations. Our key stakeholders include investors, customers, business partners, regulators, employees, the community, and the environment. Given the exceptional circumstances we faced during the year, it was crucial for us to deeply engage with our stakeholders and understand their concerns during these challenging times. Through ongoing and transparent communication across various platforms, we strengthened our relationships with stakeholders throughout the year.
